Kennedy, age 16
" I started working in the quarries at age of 14. I couldn't go to school so I started to hang around. My parents didn't like it. At 12 I left home to live and beg in the streets but was forced to return home. I started work cleaning dirt off the stone in the quarries. By the time I was 14 years old I was lifting heavy rocks. Now my health is poor-- suffering with back and shoulder pain, and breathing problems. This is the only job I know."
